Later on in the show is where we get to our predictions for the Final Four and eventual champion. While my cohost, Donna, likes to flip a coin for her picks. Jordan was more detailed with her choices based off how certain teams in the SEC were seeded. Which some argue could put her at more of a disadvantage than a coin flip.
Why? Because the NCAA selection committee ranks all teams based off their RPI. The big problem with RPI is it doesn’t account for margin of victory. Therefore every win is treated the same whether it’s a close game or a blowout. Jordan probably would have loved to know that information before picking Vandy to go deep in the tournament after they were bounced out on the first day.
