It’s become an annual tradition for late night host Jimmy Kimmel to ask parents to traumatize prank their children by telling them they ate all of their Halloween candy only to film the reactions.
And even a few years in, these videos never get old. Kimmel himself admitted to receiving a record amount of videos this year that took hours to sort through. After the children hear the news, you see the range of emotions displayed on their faces and the reactions range from the expected crying, to violence or even one kid telling his mom to “get a job.”
I’m not a parent, but I imagine many look forward to either performing this prank or watching as other parents take part.
