  1.  New England Patriots (10-0) (1) – This week is the big showdown with Denver.
  1.  Carolina Panthers (10-0) (2) – No respect as their an underdog in Dallas.
  1.  Arizona Cardinals (8-2) (4) – Who thought anyone would run away with the NFC West?
  1.  Denver Broncos (8-2) (6) – Is Osweiler really the Osanswer?
  1.  Green Bay Packers (7-3) (7) – Problem solved?
  1.  Cincinnati Bengals (8-2) (3) – Need to stop the losses before they become a streak.
  1.  Minnesota Vikings (7-3) (5) – Couldn’t take that next step.
  1.  Pittsburgh Steelers (6-4) (8)- Inside track to the playoffs.
  1.  Seattle Seahawks (5-5) (T-9) – Inconsistent Seahawks still look very good when they’re good.
  1.  Kansas City Chiefs (5-5) (15) – Four wins in a row has them with better point differential than Denver, Pittsburgh and Green Bay.  How’s that sound?

T-11.  Buffalo Bills (5-5) (T-9) – Can’t afford any more injuries.

T-11.  New York Giants (5-5) (12) – 9 wins will do it, and they can get to 9 wins.

  1.  Oakland Raiders (4-6) (11) – They could still help themselves:  they play Kansas City twice.
  1.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-5) (18) – Peaking at just the right time.
  1.  Atlanta Falcons (6-4) (T-13) – Freeeeeeeeee!  Free Fallin.
  1.  New York Jets (5-5) (T-13) – Soon, it will be too late.
  1.  Indianapolis Colts (5-5) (20) – Hasselbeck to the rescue!
  1.  Miami Dolphins (4-6) (16) – Remaining schedule is full of winnable games, they just have to win them.
  1.  Dallas Cowboys (3-7) (24) – Romo’s back.  Probably too late, but he’s back.

T-20.  Philadelphia Eagles (4-6) (17) – Is it quittin’ time yet?

T-20.  Washington RacialSlurs (4-6) (19) – That out there, this week, that was the real Washington.

  1.  New Orleans Saints (4-6) (22) – Don’t know what a week off could do for that defense.

T-23.  Jacksonville Jaguars (4-6) (25) – It’s called a playoff race.  Really.

T-23.  Houston Texans (5-5) (27) – That’s right, they’re in it too.

  1.  St. Louis Rams (4-6) (21) – I will personally bump them up three spaces if they stop with Case Keenum.
  1.  Chicago Bears (4-6) (23) – Not good enough, really, to make any real difference.
  1.  Baltimore Ravens (3-7) (28) – No Flacco, no more wins.
  1.  Detroit Lions (3-7) (30) – They’ve actually won two in a row.
  1.  Tennessee Titans (2-8) (29) – Going nowhere.
  1.  San Francisco 49ers (3-7) (31) – Already nowhere.
  1.  Cleveland Browns (2-8) (32) – Been to nowhere and back already.
  1.  San Diego Chargers (2-8) (26) – Everyone can tell when you’ve given up.
