Fans of the iconic Jurassic Park franchise have been cautiously awaiting a sneak peek at the new Jurassic World movie and that happened Sunday morning.
A full trailer is to be released on Thanksgiving during NBC’s Seahawks vs. 49ers night game, but the following teaser-trailer looks very, very promising.
UPDATE: Because of the power of the internet, we now have the full trailer released and man oh man–it looks good.
Plot synopsis: Jurassic World is set to take place 22 years after the events of Jurassic Park. The island of Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. This new park is owned by the Masrani Corporation. Owen (played by Chris Pratt), a member of Jurassic World’s on-site staff, conducts behavioral research on the Velociraptors. After many years, Jurassic World’s attendance rates begin to decline and a new attraction, created to re-spark visitor interest, gravely backfires.
Few things I noticed from the trailer:
-The park looks beautiful. In the beginning…
-Speaking of beautiful, I can’t get enough of Chris Pratt
-The raptors are now our friends?
-Digging the slower rendition of the iconic theme song.
-They’ve learned nothing from previous mistakes
The film is scheduled to be released on June 12, 2015. Does this trailer make you want to watch the newest addition in the series?
