USWNT vs. China, World Cup 2015: TV schedule, time, announcers and more

The United States women’s national team is gearing up for their 2015 World Cup quarterfinals matchup against China, and yet pundits everywhere are calling them underperforming and overestimated.


We’re three victories away from another World Cup title and we’re underperforming. Good job, Planet Earth.

Tonight’s match is against China, a team they haven’t played in a World Cup match since 1999, a 0-0 draw that went to penalty kicks and launched the U.S. women’s national team into the international spotlight.

Alex Morgan and Sydney Leroux were not impressed with ’50 Shades of Grey’

Many women spent their time over the weekend watching the highly anticipated movie, 50 Shades of Grey.

While I wasn’t one of those women, mostly because I know you can find more than 15 minutes of sex scenes on the interwebs, but the film apparently raked in more than $81M at the box office this weekend.

Other women who didn’t seem too impressed with the movie were soccer stars Alex Morgan and Sydney Leroux, who tweeted out this picture after seeing the movie:

Alex Morgan and Lolo Jones appear in new Degree “Do More” commercials

US soccer player Alex Morgan and Olympian Lolo Jones are those kind of girls that when you first see them, you think to yourself “she’s got to be a model” due to their stellar good looks. But when they step out onto the field of play, their beauty and athleticism are a deadly one-two punch.

Which is why I’m proud to say that both of these ladies are appearing in new Degree deodorant “Do More” commercials showing off both their god-given talents and the craft they train for daily in some new commercials that will make you want to jump off the couch and get active.

As a Degree user myself, there’s no deodorant better and I keep a stick with me literally everywhere I go. So I’m pumped to be able to show off some of my favorite women athletes doin’ the damn thing while looking gorgeous and not smelling like they bathed using 2 week old socks.
