The 2012 NBA Finals begin Tuesday and most of the nation is  SUPER pumped! The season started in dramatic fashion with an extended lock out followed by the Chris Paul trade that turned the league upside down and outraged some fans.

Personally,  I’m pulling for the Oklahoma City Thunder but this is going to be a very entertaining series to say the least. Both teams will definitely be in BEAST MODE and neither should expect the other to lie down and get tired like teams of the past.

The match ups will be phenomenal and NBA fans are all awaiting to see Kevin Durant and LeBron James face off. Bron-Bron is no joke but it’s KD all day! The Heat’s Dwyane Wade has to score and he has to keep up with Russell Westbrook on defense…he contained Boston Celtics PG Rajon Rondo during the Eastern Conference Finals but once Russ gets hot…it’s curtains .

Westbrook gets accused of being a ball hog and I’ve been accused of being biased lol maybe I am and maybe he is but I’m a fan and at the end of the day the kid wants to win. I think Coach Scott Brooks said it best last week after the Thunder sent the Spurs packing.

“The leadership that Russell has displayed, I’m proud of him. He gets criticized a lot, and I tell him, don’t worry about what other people say; you’re not their point guard, you’re my point guard, and I like what he’s about. I like what he represents. He had a never quit attitude tonight, and he did a good job of helping us win this game.”

That said…you better believe the Thunder will turn up the Heat in Oklahoma this week. Those who say OKC isn’t ready better get ready to watch these boys put in work because James Harden, Serge Ibaka, Nick Collison, Kendrick Perkins and Derek Fisher didn’t get the memo.

Hold onto your seats folks cause it’s clearly ON! #ThunderUP
