1.  Houston Texans (12-2) (2) – Cruising toward the #1 seed.

2.  Denver Broncos (11-3) (3) – With only a pair of easy home games left, Denver figures to finish no worse than #2.

3.  Atlanta Falcons (12-2) (4) – You can stop questioning whether they’re good enough.

4.  San Francisco 49ers (10-3-1) (5) – Great win.  Now why can’t this team field punts or snap the ball without fumbling it?

T-5.  New England Patriots (10-4) (1) – Almost the greatest comeback ever.  Almost.

T-5.  Green Bay Packers (10-4) (6) – How can this team still be under everyone’s radar?  They’re 10-4!

7.  Seattle Seahawks (9-5) (9) – Huge statement game vs. San Francisco this week.

8.  Baltimore Ravens (9-5) (7) – Not the way they wanted to clinch a playoff spot.

9.  Dallas Cowboys (8-6) (14) – They’re my pick to win the East.

T-10.  Washington Redskins (8-6) (13) – Now they can even without RGIII.

T-10.  New York Giants (8-6) (10) – Last chance vs. Baltimore this week.

12.  Indianapolis Colts (9-5) (8) – The Colts are who I THOUGHT THEY WERE.

13.  Chicago Bears (8-6) (11) – Can they undo this terrible slide on the road?

14.  Cincinnati Bengals (8-6) (15) – With Pittsburgh and Baltimore left, they have the second toughest road to the playoffs.

15.  Minnesota Vikings (8-6) (16) – AND with Houston and Green Bay left, the Minnesota Adrian Petersons have the toughest.

16.  Pittsburgh Steelers (7-7) (12) – They still control their own destiny.

17.  New Orleans Saints (6-8) (20) – I think they want to finish 8-8.  And that makes them dangerous.

18.  St. Louis Rams (6-7-1) (17) – Jeff Fisher for coach of the year.

19.  Miami Dolphins (6-8) (22) – Still playing tough every week.

20.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-8) (18) – Embarrassing.

21.  New York Jets (6-8) (19) – More embarrassing.

22.  Cleveland Browns (5-9) (21) – Have a chance to play spoiler.

23.  Carolina Panthers (5-9) (26) – Finally figured out how to win.

24.  San Diego Chargers (5-9) (23) – They’d be hearing the boos, but not enough people are showing up for the games to be loud enough.

25.  Buffalo Bills (5-9) (24) – They need fixes almost everywhere.

26.  Arizona Cardinals (5-9) (29) – Kurt Warner’s been gone for three years now.  Probably time to replace him.

27.  Detroit Lions (4-10) (25) – Scrap the wide 9.  That’s going to be what I say every week until they do it.

28.  Tennessee Titans (5-9) (28) – Never seen a team try that hard to blow a game.

29.  Philadelphia Eagles (4-10) (27) – Foles has probably played well enough for them to go into next year with him as the starter.

30.  Oakland Raiders (4-10) (32) – Everyone must go.

31.  Jacksonville Jaguars (2-12) (30) – I am so disappointed this team doesn’t play Kansas City this year.  It could be the worst NFL game ever played.

32.  Kansas City Chiefs (2-12) (31) – They are averaging less than 14 points scored per game.  That’s almost impossible in the NFL.
