Blythe Brumleve
Founder & Lead Contributor
Blythe, born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. grew up an avid sports fan and provided you don't live in the Jacksonville area, is probably one of the handful of die hard Jaguar fans you have ever met in your life. Maybe because she likes to suffer even more, she's also a big time Red Sox fan. Ouch.
Being a huge sports fan and other things typically thought of for the guys, she launched GuysGirl.com where women could learn about sports while also providing daily entertainment/news for men and women to enjoy. Since its launch, GG has earned awards such as Bloguin's Blogger of the Year, General Blog of the Year, and Rising Star as well as being runner up for the 2010 Blog of the Year.
Blythe is a published author of "A Girl's Guide to Football Fanaticism", staff writer of Awful Announcing and passionately involved in the crusade to find/make cute sports clothes.
Along with sports, Blythe fancies herself as a traveler, Lord of the Rings fanatic, lover of first person shooters, chicken quesadillas, Harrison Ford/Hugh Jackman, crude jokes and internet videos that waste hours in the day.
Charity Bailey
Sports & Entertainment
Charity Bailey is affectionately known as “Bailey” by her friends and family. She’s your typical obnoxious-girly-sports FANatic who happens to have a lot of thoughts and opinions on EVERYTHING!
This self-proclaimed “Queen of Trash Talk” prides herself on being able to read a play, break it down and tell YOU what YOU did wrong….even if she can’t execute it herself!
Bailey is from Sacramento, CA but currently lives in the Bay Area. She loves every level of football, basketball and boxing…sports she fell in love with as a child.
“I've loved football for as long as I can remember. I started going to high school football games with my dad on Friday nights as a toddler and watched NFL games with him on Sundays. I'm the oldest of three girls so I took my rightful place on the couch next to my dad shouting at the television, absorbing his mannerisms and {defensive} football strategies and philosophies.” That’s how she became an avid Green Bay Packers fan. #GOPACKERS!
Bailey graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations. Her career began as a public relations intern with the Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Sparks and UCLA Bruins; she’s also served as a host and side line reporter covering high school sports in Southern California and as a morning news/feature reporter for the CBS and NBC affiliates in Chico, CA.
Bailey enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. You can always find her laughing and cracking jokes with her mom and sisters, talking sports with her dad or taunting the guys on how bad their teams are and why she’s right and they’re wrong.
Yes this Guy’s Girl is a handful!
Sara Davine
College Football & NFL
Sara Davine is a Denver native and a University of Colorado alum who drinks, eats, sleeps, and breathes football. She's here to call it like it is for us chicks who live in the sports world. Her opinions are strong and she can hang with the boys when it comes to lively sports talk. She has her own site and is a weekly contributor to AtlantaFalcons.com. Sara has aspirations of becoming a sports reporter, writer, and correspondent and is excited to be the newest addition to the GuysGirl.com team.
A little bit more about Sara - she grew up in a home where sports were everywhere. Much to her father’s chagrin, she refused softball, basketball, and tennis lessons. Her forte was (and still is) dance. Yes, she has every cheesy dance costume created from about 1989 to present...and yes, she's kept every single one in a massive collection in the basement (no, it’s not going anywhere.) Her love for dance in the studio was translated to dancing and entertaining on the field. She danced in high school and later was a part of her collegiate dance team. She even dances now, in the pros, which has opened up doors and helped her realize her dream of becoming a sports journalist. You can catch Sara writing about anything and everything football, from college to the pros.

Adam Stevinson
Gaming and College Football
Adam Stevinson is a Colorado native and proud graduate of Colorado State University. Baseball was always his first love growing up, and Adam is a die-hard Rockies fan. The Rockies’ run to the pennant in 2007 was the greatest sporting experience of his life, and yes, Holliday touched the plate. Adam’s love of sports extends beyond baseball to include football (both college and the NFL), tennis, and curling.
An avid gamer, Adam practically grew up with games. Some of his earliest memories involve watching his brother play Zelda and Metal Gear on the NES. The first game Adam was ever able to defeat his brother was Goldeneye on the N64, and it’s been downhill for The Bro ever since. The Xbox 360 is his preferred console with FPS his genre of choice. Halo is his favorite game.
When he’s not engaged in virtual combat or bemoaning the current lack of competence amongst Colorado sports teams, Adam can most likely be found reading, either military history or thrillers. He has a passion for history and loves learning about how the past has shaped the present. Other hobbies include movies, softball, trivia, skiing, and exploring this breathtaking state. He will never turn down a game of ping pong.
