Happy Independence Day everyone! We here at Guysgirl wish all of you a safe and happy holiday!

This Wednesday is the Fourth of July, the day America celebrates her independence from Great Britain. Many of you will gather with friends and family, fire up the grill, and enjoy good food and camaraderie while watching fireworks. For those of you who set off your own fireworks, please be careful.

As I’m sure you’re aware, Colorado has been ravaged by wildfires, with 346 homes in Colorado Springs destroyed by the Waldo Canyon fire. Indie game developers in the state have organized a 48-hour game jam called BlazeJam 2012 to help those affected by the fires. Please go donate; every little bit helps.

If you recently took part in an Ubisoft email promotion for Watch Dogs needs to read this: the company inadvertently revealed thousands of email addresses of fans who signed up.

One of the most popular maps from Call of Duty: Black Ops was Nuketown, so it’s only natural that a new version will be included in Black Ops 2. Titled Nuketown 2025, the updated map will be available as a pre-order bonus.
