-How long have you been a NFL fan? Where did your passion start?

I grew up watching football, college and NFL.  When I was young, I remember when my aunt got married, she had the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders at her reception.  That was a really cool moment because that was real football.  I  did not become a true NFL fan until the Titans came to Tennessee. It was new for the state, and then new to Nashville, and everyone was excited.  I try not to miss out on much

-How do you watch your favorite team? Season ticket holder, watch at home, with friends at a bar, etc…

I am a proud season ticket holder.  When not at home games, I try to go to at least one away game a year if not more.  If not at the game, I like to watch with friends at a sports bar and with my friends on twitter.  I hope to visit all the NFL stadiums one day.

-What is your favorite thing about football season?

Everything! Meeting up with your section neighbors, pre-gaming, listening to sports radio, watching ESPN, MNF, and even fantasy football. I love sitting on the sunny side in the winter, but those first games are brutal.

-What team do you hate the most?

That’s easy.  The Steelers

-Would you ever date someone who wasn’t a NFL fan? What if they were an avid fan of your most hated rival?

They would have to be really cute for me to do that, and I mean REALLY cute.  And a Steelers fan, NEVER!

-What is your fondest memory about your favorite team?

I have so many memories.  It has been great to be a part of Titans since the beginning. Seeing the stadium being built, games at Vanderbilt, watching Steve, Eddie, and the gang on the field; sending the Titans to the Super Bowl; many OT game winning kicks, and even breaking out in hives.

-What is the greatest moment as a fan that you have ever experienced?

Music City Miracle.  I was not at the game, but watching with the dogs in the pool house a few miles away.  I swear I could hear the noise from the stadium.  The city was electric for days.  And hearing Mike Keith call that game again even today gives me chills… THERE ARE NO FLAGS ON THE FIELD, its a MIRACLE.  (Sorry Buffalo) And don’t forget… You NEVER leave the game early.

Are you a female that’s a diehard NFL fan and want to be added to your favorite team?

Since so many responses were initially received for this request, we really feel it’s important to share every one’s story in their own team specific post. This will be an ongoing and constantly updated series to recognize female NFL fans all across the world.

While we are always looking for any female NFL fan, we still need at least one girl to represent the Steelers, Lions, Panthers, Saints, Giants, Redskins, Seahawks, Rams, Cardinals, Bills, Bengals, Chargers, Raiders, Cheifs and Broncos.

So if you are interested in representing your team, email us here and we would be happy to feature you and your fan experiences!
