Shopping for a swim suit can be the most frustrating part of the Summer. You have to try on dozens of suits in a small dressing room with horrible lights and mirrors. Nothing seems to fit well and worst of all you start to feel some self-hate towards your body.

Is it cruel? Sure, we're girls and unfortunately we have been taught all our lives that looking good matters. But shopping for a bathing suit doesn't have to be that hard if you know what type of body you have.

When the first Saturday in May rolls around, horse racing fans declare a National holiday  in Louisville, Kentucky for the Kentucky Derby.

Being as how my family immigrated to Louisville from Germany in the 1800's, the Kentucky Derby is pretty much religion.

The main problem I have with leggings is that at times I question whether they are appropriate for all places like work but with these "Jeans that Look Like Tights", leggings just became appropriate for places leggings could never work including places like the beach and yes, even work. • Orangewood sticks

• Foot lotion

• Base coat polish
• Colored Polish
• Top coat polish

Once you have gathered up all the nessesary items, now its time to get to work!

5. The Ocean Is Not a Pool

I know this might sound like a "duh" statement but you would be surprised at the people that go into an ocean, feel something swim by them, freak out and run to shore. Fish, crabs, dolphins and yes sharks swim in the ocean because it is their home! Screaming while your running towards the shore will not prevent animals living in the ocean and sometimes coming into your comfort zone. Sharks terrify anyone, and if your sure you see one, scream like mad hell towards the shore, but for the most part (and despite if the media is having a slow week and decides to run "shark attack" stories) the attacks are extremely rare. If you're only comfortable with the occasional bug or frog, go to a pool.
